NEW BUILD – COASTAL WATERFRONT
This new build project is an expansive 5 bed room home located in Mermaid Waters. The design of the dwelling mirrors the fan shape of the block, creating a wide rear facade with views to the water. The inspiration for the project was capturing natural light, this is captured by the central glass courtyard that runs between both levels.
